You don’t need to know exactly what your body needs before you arrive.
Maybe you're feeling heavy or puffy, holding tension or restriction, or simply needing time to slow down and reset.
Your treatment begins with an assessment and conversation about how you’re feeling, what your body is experiencing, and what you’d like support with. From there, your session is thoughtfully customized using the techniques most appropriate for you.
Depending on your needs, your treatment may incorporate lymphatic support, therapeutic bodywork, abdominal work, myofascial release, mobility, soft sculpting, or nervous-system-focused care.
There is no one-size-fits-all treatment at Aruka.
Thoughtful care starts with understanding the body in front of you.
Referrals
Our practice is built on the trust of our community. As a gesture of appreciation, when you introduce a new client to the studio, you will receive a $50 service credit applied to your account following their initial completed session. Your referred guest will also receive $50 off their first appointment. Gift card recipients are not considered referrals.
