Reservations

To reserve your appointment, a valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking. Your card will be securely stored and will not be charged unless your appointment falls under our cancellation policy. Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment and may be made by cash, Zelle, Venmo, or card.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice.

We understand that unexpected emergencies or illnesses may arise. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to an unforeseen emergency or illness, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions to our cancellation policy may be made at our sole discretion.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment to reserve future appointments.

I can accommodate a late arrival if my schedule allows, though I may have to shorten the service to ensure the next client is not delayed.

Wellness Series

Our Wellness Series are thoughtfully designed to encourage treatment consistency and long-term results.

Lymph Flow Therapy Series and Aruka Integrative Bodywork may be shared or gifted to a loved one, while body contouring series are reserved for individual use.

All Wellness Series are valid for 8 weeks from the date of purchase and 6 months for maintenace sessions.

Wellness Series are non refundable 

Referrals

Our practice is built on the trust of our community. As a thank you, you'll receive a $50 service credit after your referred guest completes their first appointment. Your guest will also receive $50 off their first visit.

Tipping

To provide a seamless, stress-free checkout, our sessions are completely all-inclusive. Additional tipping is neither expected nor required
