Reservations

To reserve your appointment, a valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking. Your card will be securely stored and will not be charged unless your appointment falls under our cancellation policy. Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment and may be made preffered by cash, Zelle, or Venmo. Debit Card and Credit Card payment are accepted.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice.

We understand that unexpected emergencies or illnesses may arise. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to an unforeseen emergency or illness, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions to our cancellation policy may be made at our sole discretion.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment to reserve future appointments.

I can accommodate a late arrival if my schedule allows, though I may have to shorten the service to ensure the next client is not delayed.

Hydration

Please arrive well-hydrated for your appointment. Maintaining normal hydration before and after your session can support overall comfort, your body’s natural fluid balance, and help tissues respond more comfortably to hands-on treatment.

Memberships

Memberships are thoughtfully designed to encourage treatment consistency and long-term results.

Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment and are automatically billed monthly. After 3 months, memberships continue month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days' notice. Any payment due during the 30-day notice period will still be processed.

Membership treatments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and for the member only. Unused treatments roll over while the membership remains active. After cancellation, remaining treatments must be used within 30 days of the membership end date or they will be forfeited. Appointments are subject to availability.

Nourish members receive 7% off additional eligible treatments. Replenish members receive 10% off. Discounts exclude Wellness Series and gift certificates.

Members can earn a $50 referral reward to use toward an additional treatment outside of their membership.

Regular cancellation, rescheduling, late-cancellation, and no-show policies apply.

Referrals

Our practice is built on the trust of our community. As a thank you, you'll receive a $50 service credit after your referred guest completes their first appointment. Your guest will also receive $50 off their first visit. Gift card recipients are not considered referrals.
