Cancellation and No Show Policy
I understand that illness and emergencies happen. However, at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling is required.
• Cancellations within 24 hours & No Shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
• Repeated cancellations may require a full prepayment for future bookings.
Late Appointment
I can accommodate a late arrival if my schedule allows, though I may have to shorten the service to ensure the next client is not delayed

Series treatments
Series treatments are non refundable. Massage and lymphatic treatments may be shared or gifter to a loved one. Body contouring treatments may not be shared.
