Cancellation and No Show Policy 

I understand that illness and emergencies happen. However, at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling is required.

• Cancellations within 24 hours & No Shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.

• Repeated cancellations may require a full prepayment for future bookings.

Late Appointment

I can accommodate a late arrival if my schedule allows, though I may have to shorten the service to ensure the next client is not delayed

Wellness Series

Wellness Series are thoughtfully designed to support continued care and treatment consistency.

Therapeutic Bodywork and Lymph Flow Therapy series may be shared or gifted to a loved one, while body contouring series are reserved for individual use.

Body Contouring series are valid for 8 weeks from the date of purchase. Therapeutic Bodywork and Lymphatic series are valid for half a year

Tipping

To provide a seamless, stress-free checkout, our sessions are completely all-inclusive. Additional tipping is neither expected nor required

Referrals

Referrals are one of the greatest compliments to our business. As a thank you, clients who refer a new guest will receive $50 service credit once the referred guest completes their first paid appointment.
